We ship free to all UK locations. We do also ship internationally. For deliveries outside of the UK, shipping fees and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

Enter your code in the "promotional code" field in your cart and then select apply. Kindly note that promotional codes cannot be stacked or combined on an order.
After an order has been placed, you will receive an order and shipment email confirmation from us. You may track your shipment with the tracking code provided in your shipment email confirmation.
You may return products to us within 14 days of purchase. We will only refund or exchange your product if the order was placed directly with us through this website.
If you purchased a Jacqueline Organic product from a retail partner, please return it directly to the store or website where purchased.
We cannot accept any returns on used products. If you have any questions about a return, please contact hello@jacquelineorganic.com with the order number in the subject line.
